Players will encounter Sorcerer Rogier as a Quest NPC in Elden Ring. He has a hat covering his face and speaks very politely.
Sorcerer Rogier is also seen as a merchant selling Ashes of War. You can interact with him to help him become an NPC Summon.
Sorcerer Rogier Location
You can initially find Rogier in Stormveil Castle next to the altar of the Chapel in the northwest part.
Rogier Elden Ring is pretty friendly, he lets you know he is a Sorcerer and is looking for something in the castle. Sorcerer Rogier can also be an NPC collaborator against Margit, the Fell Omen (No need to meet first).
How To Complete Sorcerer Rogier's Quest
In Stormveil Castle, find him before defeating Godrick
Keep looking for him after defeating Godrick the Grafted and before Liurnia North-West Quests.
You should also find what Rogier looks for in Stormveil. He ought to have something to say about what you find.
The player will then need to find a relic and return to show it to Rogier.
After completing some quests, go to Liurnia to ask for more information from Ranni.
You'll be working for Ranni then, but don't forget to check in with Rogier from time to time.
