Nepheli Loux is an NPC in Elden Ring. This is a warrior and fellow tarnished man who was ordered by his adoptive father to kill and dethrone Godrick. You can summon Nepheli Loux in the fights against Godrick the Grafted, she will help you. Nepheli Loux's summoning signs are Nepheli Loux and outside the boss fog.
Progress on her quest to have her summon sign for boss fights against Godfrey, First Elden Lord, and Omenkiller.

Outside Roundtable Hold
In the room outside the library after defeating Godrick the Grafted and concluding his first conversation with Gideon Ofnir at the Roundtable Hold.
Under the stone bridge leading to the Albinauric Village after talking to her at the Roundtable Hold.
Near the bottom of the stairs next to the blacksmith after defeating the Omenkiller.
Defeat Omenkiller and end her dialogue before resting at the Forge of Giants to avoid failure in the Nepheli quest. If the player activates the cutscene that sets the Roundtable Hold on fire by talking to Melina at the Forge of Giants site of grace before Nepheli's dialogue ends and defeats the Omenkiller, then she will disappear for good.

In Stormveil Castle, find Nepheli.
Talk to Nepheli at Roundtable Hold after you beat Godrick the Grafted, hold.
Find her in the Village of Albinaurics.
Beat Omenkiller.
In Roundtable Hold, talk to here again.
Talk to Gideon at the library.
Talk to Nepheli at Roundtable Hold one more time.
Get the Stormhawk King back and give it to Nepheli.
Beat the Morgott.
Meet her in Stormveil Castle throne room.
