Latenna can be located in Liurnia of the Lakes, sitting in front of the Slumbering Wolf's Shack. Only after conquering the Lakeside Crystal Cave dungeon is this region accessible. It can be found on the Elden Ring Map.

  • This NPC is immobile.
  • This NPC can be eliminated.
  • It has been said that if vanquished, the Latenna does not drop their Spirit Ashes.

How to complete Elden Ring Latenna’s quest?

Elden Ring Latenna's mission hinges upon a separate NPC, Albus, who can be located in the Albinaurics Village.

Speaking to Albus will grant players the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right), and he will request that if they come across Latenna, they give her the Medallion. Speaking to Latenna with the Medallion in hand, she will see that Albus trusts the player, and thus she has no reason to doubt them, and she will then ask if the player is willing to take her to Miquella's Haligtree.

In particular, if players do not approach her before going too far, she will die, leaving just her Spirit Ashes. This makes it hard for her to begin and finish her journey. After gaining both pieces of the Haligtree Secret Medallion, a small group of players confirmed her death. To avoid this, simply grab her Ashes before proceeding past the Grand Lift of Rold to avoid interruption.

What’s more, Elden Ring Latenna the Albinauric will join the player and willingly become a Spirit summon after promising Latenna to take her to the Haligtree. She will also make a suggestion about where to find the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left).

When players arrive at the Apostate Derelict in the Consecrated Snowfield, they can engage with the enormous Albinauric woman to call Latenna. Latenna will reward the player with a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone for doing so.

Notes and trivia of Elden Ring Latenna

Elden Ring Latenna mentions that Lobo, the wolf beside her, was stolen from her by the "all-hearing brute," most likely referring to Gideon Ofnir. Ensha, Gideon's servant, subsequently invades after gaining the medallion's share at the Roundtable.

Her spirit summon states that "having lost her beloved wolf companion, she cannot go from the area where she was summoned." This explains why she rode the wolf and why she can't leave her current place.

Her wolf companion's name was "Lobo," which translates to "wolf" in Spanish.

If Latenna is summoned near Direwolves, she will tame and ride one, increasing her mobility and allowing her to fire arrows and breathe ice breath.
