Elden Ring Caria Manor
The main gate to Caria Manor is located in the south. As you approach the entrance, be wary of the steady rain of glintstone arrows. To prevent would-be trespassers, the estate's guardian is continually shelling the fields outside the manor. You are safe from these bombardments after you reach the Site of Grace at the main entrance. Keep an eye out for Glintstone traps as you walk through the estate grounds. These are swords placed in the ground that, when stepped on, set off a trap that sends a glintstone missile upwards. These traps eject players, which is especially perilous on the estate's highest levels.
Gardens
The Gardens are the estate's southernmost feature. This is a massive courtyard overrun with Fingercreepers and their lesser relatives. When going through the gardens, be cautious since these Fingercreeper adversaries can cling to the walls of buildings and drop down on unsuspecting victims. They can also burrow beneath the ground and only come out when prey is around.
There are two corpses on the left side of the gardens, one with five Rimed Crystal Buds and the other with six Glintstone Fireflies. As you walk up the center stone road, you'll come across four Golden Runes, two Somber Smithing Stones (2), and a Smithing Stone (2). The thrilling loot is on the right side of the gardens. The Glintstone Craftsman's Cookbook may be found in a room within a ruin by the rightmost wall (6). You'll locate the Ice Crest Shield further into the ruin, and as you approach the middle pathway from here, you'll come across a Teardrop Scarab that drops the Carian Piercer sorcery. There are also five Rimed Crystal Buds to be found among the dead in the vicinity. Follow the stone path northwest until you reach the Chapel.
Chapel
The Chapel structure is a significant landmark on the Gardens' west end. The upper level features a Site of Grace and connects to the garden walks, which allow you to obtain many different items and continue to the manor's upper level. These walkways are patrolled by Knight Spirits who materialize as you move down them. Glintstone traps can knock you back down to the gardens, so be extra cautious up here. Follow the paths to the east to reach a tower with a lift that will take you up to the Manor Upper Level if you want to move fast through the dungeon.
Behind the altar in the chapel, there is a corpse with a Smithing Stone (4). After obtaining the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace, exit the chapel and cross the walkways until the path splits. Begin by walking down the northern walkway. Follow the trail all the way to the finish to find a Rune Arc. Look to the northwest and leap to the walls below. Jump down to another piece of the wall in the northwest, where a ladder is descending. This ladder leads to a small room where the Sword of Night and Flame is kept in a chest. You'll be back in the gardens if you open the entrance to the west.
Return to the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace and follow the walkways once more, this time taking the eastern path. You'll see a flight of steps leading to another building after turning left at the corner. Before jumping down, proceed straight up the stairs and take the previously stated lift to the Manor Upper-Level Site of Grace, then retrace your steps back. Look eastward from the bottom of the stairs and jump down to the lower section of the wall. Loot x8 Rimed Crystal Buds and proceed north, where you'll find a Golden Rune (3) behind the wooden stairs, before running back up the stairs and continuing south. With a few Fingercreepers, you'll be able to reach a huge open area of the walls. The Urumi is located at the extreme end of this area. Take it, then proceed southwest along the wall. To obtain a Somber Smithing Stone, defeat or run past the Abductor Virgin at the corner (3).
Upper Level manor
The Manor Upper Level encompasses the estate's northern portion. Take the Site of Grace here, then exit through the western doorway. A Golden Seed will be directly in front of you, past the stairway. There's a corpse on the right side of this courtyard with three Rimed Crystal Buds before continuing northwest. The region is raised high above the gardens guarded by Direwolves and Wandering Noble zombies located right past the gateway at the top of the steps. To the east of the Direwolves, there is a massive stone archway. A steep stairway leads up to the final section and boss after this. It is, however, firmly fortified by Raya Lucarian warriors and a Troll Knight. If you look to the south, there is a platform with a ladder that you may walk up, allowing you to avoid all of the monsters on the long staircase and end up behind the troll. You will find two Magic Greases up here. Consider taking this route if you're in a hurry or don't want to face a huge gathering of hostiles.
If you fight the Troll Knight, he will drop his weapon, the Troll Knight's Sword. Turn sharp right at the top of the middle staircase and follow the side of the wall northeast, jumping around the corner when you get there. You can obtain a Smithing Stone by jumping down to the bottom ledge (4). Continue up the middle set of stairs to find further flights to the left and right, each with a Page foe. A corpse on the left set of stairs contains five Rimed Crystal Buds.
Turn around at the top of the stairs and grab the Golden Rune (4) hanging off the ledge in the middle of the two staircases. There's a fog door to the northwest, but you can find a hole in the wall to the south first. This leads to an area outside with wooden platforms along the walls from which you can safely leap down to the cliffside graveyards. These cliffs include some valuables, such as eight Crystal Darts, a Cracked Pot, and a Smithing Stone (3), all of which are guarded by Living Jar foes. Look to the southwest at the lowest level of the graveyard for a ruined part of Caria Manor's walls that you can jump down to. The Ash of War: Carian Grandeur is on the body hanging from the wall.
Return to the Troll's guarded staircases and pass through the stone archway to uncover a big circular arena-like room surrounded by chairs. When you enter the center of this place, Royal Knight Loretta will emerge in front of you. She is the manor's guardian, as well as the one who shoots arrows into the fields outside. In battle, she employs a combination of glintstone sorcery spells and polearm assaults. Defeating her grants the magic spell Loretta's Greatbow as well as the Ash of War: Loretta's Slash.
Defeating Loretta will generate a Site of Grace in her arena, allowing access to the Three Sisters sub-region.
The manor’s backyard
After leaving Three Sisters, continue south, following the manor's walls and cliffs, until you come to a Cerulean Teardrop Scarab. Look east from here and descend to the ruins of a castle wall. There are wooden platforms leading east on the south side of this wall that you can safely descend onto. If you descend the ladder here, you'll find yourself on the top balcony of the Chapel you saw previously. You may find and speak with Pidia here, as well as obtain a Spellproof Dried Liver.
Climb back up the ladder and onto the roof in front of you to discover five Old Fangs. Looking down to the southwest, you'll be able to safely drop down to the wall part below you. Head southeast and down to your left to find some more wooden platforms from which to leap. Grab the three Slumbering Eggs from a corpse here before jumping down to another piece of a crumbling stone wall. If you follow the wooden platform all the way to the southeast, you'll find a Giant Crab protecting a Stonesword Key.
